Have you ever wondered what would happen if people didn't live a somewhat healthy lifestyle?

There are many things that could happen, like:

- you could get a number of any diseases

- you could be very overweight

- you wouldn't have much energy

- you could end up in the hospital, or even die.

It's ok to eat unhealthy food once in awhile, but you should have more heathy food than unhealthy food on a daily basis.  You should try to drink 8 glasses of water daily and stick to the Canadian Food Guide.
